EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At BATYAA, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable, and we truly hope you love your piece(s). Due to the nature of our brand, we do not offer exchanges, so we kindly ask that you make your purchase carefully.

Returns & Store Credit

We understand that sometimes items may not be suitable. To make the process as smooth as possible:

  • Made-to-order items can be returned but are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 180 days from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will expire.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale, discounted, clearance, or sample items
  • Washed items
  • Items with removed tags or not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Stained items

Items that are returned in washed or stained condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • After this 14-day period, return requests will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at contactus@batyaa.com within 2 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the damage

We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions via email.

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed

BATYAA is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged packages during the return transit.

Cancellations

  • Before production begins: You may request changes or cancel your order.
  • After production has started: Made-to-order items typically cannot be cancelled, as they are created specifically for you.
