Sale & Discounted Products

All sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are final sale.
These items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

Duties & Customs

BATYAA is a UK-based brand, and all orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs policies. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

At checkout, you may be given the option to:

• Prepay duties & taxes:
  Pay these charges upfront with your order. We will handle the payment on your behalf when booking your shipment. A breakdown will be provided at checkout.
• Pay duties & taxes during transit:
  Pay shipping costs only at checkout. The carrier will contact you directly to collect duties and taxes once your parcel is in transit.

Please note:

• If you choose to pay duties during transit, the final amount may vary from initial estimates.
• Any disputes regarding customs charges must be handled directly with the shipping carrier—we are unable to intervene.
• Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed, and you may still be liable for these charges.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Made-to-Order

Items that are Made-to-Order will be clearly indicated within the product description.

• Made-to-order pieces require a production timeframe of up to 21 days, in addition to the selected shipping time.
• As each piece is created specifically for you, availability may be limited and production timelines may vary slightly.
