RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At BATYAA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. Our pieces are crafted and curated with care, and due to the nature of our brand and production process, we do not offer exchanges. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

We understand that, on occasion, an item may not be the right fit. To ensure a smooth and consistent process for all customers, the following applies:

  • Made-to-order items may be returned, however they are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue, after which it will automatically expire
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

We aim to keep this process fair, simple, and consistent for all customers.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality control, and operational reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Sale, discounted, clearance, or sample items
  • Washed or worn items
  • Items with removed tags or not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Stained, damaged, or altered items

Any items returned in washed, worn, or stained condition will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

We are unable to make exceptions outside this timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@batyaa.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to resolve the matter in line with your statutory rights.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive full instructions via email.

We strongly recommend the following:

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed

BATYAA cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels in transit.

Cancellations

  • Before production begins: You may request changes or cancellation of your order
  • After production has started: Made-to-order items typically cannot be cancelled, as they are produced specifically for you

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible for any order amendments.
